We're not just any bookstore... we're a fundraising bookstore! Carpe Librum collects donated books, CDs and DVDs to support Turning the Page, a DC education nonprofit. Every sale is an investment in education for DCPS families.

Carpe Librum has a pop-up in the Rockville Town Square! This pop-up offers a wide selection of gently-used books, CDs, DVDs and vinyl records-and we're adding more every day!

Our volunteers help us keep every store tidy and well-stocked by shelving books, straightening displays, checking out customers and spreading the word about Turning the Page. Whether you have thirty minutes or a few hours, we would love your help!
