Springfield Elder Services is seeking people who want to make a profound difference in the lives of people living in long-term care facilities in our community. At Springwell, we cover all Nursing Homes and Rest Homes in 8 towns: Belmont, Brookline, Needham, Newton, Waltham, Watertown, Weston and Wellesley. Ombudsman volunteers act as resident advocates, ensuring that complaints and concerns are heard. Do you want to make a real difference? RSVP and its stations provide mileage reimbursement, accident & liability insurance, an invitation to our annual recognition event, monthly newsletters, orientation & training.
