Kitty Cuddlers & Caregivers will help us with our in house Pet Therapy Program. (We currently have 2 kittens that are about 5 months old)
Volunteers are needed to help to socialize our kittens by brushing, playing, petting and holding them so they become very used to being handled. The ultimate goal is for the residents to be able to cuddle the cats too.
Volunteers will attend a training and orientation to learn how to care for and feed our resident kittens, clean cat habitat and the facility free-roaming areas and help with laundry.
Applications are being accepted for the positions to begin May 1st.
Responsible. independent volunteers preferred.
