An individual or group needed to provide, prepare and/or serve either lunch or dinner for 150-200 people on Saturday, April 6, 2019.
You can prepare meal in our kitchen and serve it, or just cook and we'll arrange to have others serve. Start time for lunch 9:30am, end time 1:15pm (unless you cater or cook elsewhere); dinner start time 2:30pm - end time 6:15pm (unless you cater or cook elsewhere). Lunch must be ready by 11am, Dinner must be ready to serve by 4pm.
You can opt to cater and bring in meal. Be prepared to serve by following times: lunch 11am ends 1:15pm, dinner starts 4pm ends 6:30pm
Volunteers must complete volunteer waivers prior to participation.
