Integrated Workforce Services Intern
Location: 8626 Apricot St, New Orleans LA
The intern will work closely with the Integrated Workforce Services Director and Workforce staff to supplement program activities and enhance services to the clients. Responsibilities are wide-ranging but may include: data collection, data entering, data tracking, curriculum development, assist organizing events and coordinating guest speakers, assist designing tools for clients involved in workforce programs and provide assistance with reporting and program development. The intern may also be involved in grant research and grant writing to support and expand the services of the program. He/she must have strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to maintaining effective and professional work relationships. Student with an interest in social services, case management and workforce development are highly encouraged to apply.
Integrated Workforce Services assists clients with finding jobs, gaining skills, and improving employablity.
Schedule: flexible Monday - Friday (9am -5pm).

Description
Since 1938 Catholic Charities has been offering life-giving programs, advocating for the voiceless and empowering the most vulnerable to foster a more just society. Catholic Charities has over 22 programs and twoaffiliated ministries in the eight civil parishes of the Archdiocese of New Orleans. Our programs engage and serve members of the community from pre-birth to the elderly but all of them fall under one of the following areas:
