Girl Scout troop leaders work in teams of two or more to guide girls through the Girl Scout Leadership Experience--a progressive series of engaging, challenging, and fun activities like earning badges, exploring science, getting outdoors, selling cookies, and doing community service projects.
With you as their Girl Scout troop leader, girls in your community will have a chance to prepare for a lifetime of leadership, success, and adventure in a safe, all-girl, no-limits environment. Be the mentor you needed when you were a girl--volunteer today!
