Summary: We are actively seeking volunteers to assist us in audience development for our Inspire Positive Aging Awards Luncheon celebration. It showcase and honors the contributions of older adults throughout King County
Full Description: Come outreach with us! We are looking for a group of individuals who are no strangers to making phone calls. Past events have shown that when we share the news of one’s nomination with all the organizations that the nominee is connected to, attendance at the event goes up! Looking for 4-10 individuals who are open to calling or emailing organizations to share the news of the nomination and encourage them to attend to support the nomination of their volunteer, co-worker, friend, or fellow church member. It’s a phone tree party! Lite refreshments and drinks are provided.
Requirements: Should be personable and comfortable with talking on the phone. Previous customer service experience preferred.27 More opportunities with Sound Generations

Established in 1967, we support almost 54,000 older adults, disabled persons, and those who care for them annually in King County.

Our eleven programs operating throughout numerous community and senior center sites are constantly striving to expand the provision of food security, transportation, health & wellness, and assistance services to under served and marginalized populations. We are committed to helping all people, especially those in low-income communities and communities of color, obtain the services they need while feeling included and respected in a community that affirms aging.
