"Code for fun" is holding its Annual Fundraiser Gala on Saturday, March 9, 2019!
We are seeking 3 volunteer photographers who can capture all the great moments of this event.
- one photographer to cover the banner booth from 6:30pm to 7:30pm (We will have a theme and guests will have to dress up in front of the banner)
- one photographer to cover the speakers from 8:00pm to 10:00pm
- one photographer to take photos during the dinner from 7:30pm-10:30pm
The event will run from 6:30 pm to 10:30pm at the Mitchell Park Community Center in Palo Alto, CA.
In Silicon Valley, most of the public school students graduate from High School without any exposure to computer science. Our goal is to have all K-12 students receive exposure to computer science to achieve a well-balanced 21st century education. Help us raise money and to make this event one of the best to remember! Code for fun is a non-profit organization committed to exposing students all over the world, to computer programming at an early stage, to help grow the next generation of engineers.
Description
We expose students from Kindergarten to High-School to coding in an interactive way. We offer after school programs and camps all over the San Francisco Bay Area.
Students get familiar with computer programming concepts, build their own game, and continue updating their work later on.
