Responsible for providing crisis intervention phone support and community resource information to individuals experiencing domestic violence.
Responsibilities include: answer crisis line call, make appropriate community and emergency referrals when necessary, contact on-call staff if in-person support or shelter access is needed. Email staff the crisis calls report for shift covered.

- Flexible shift schedule. Must be available by phone for the duration of your assigned shift (5pm-8am scheduled evening and 24 hours scheduled weekends).
- Completion of application, interview and background screening. 15 hours Domestic Violence Training and 30 hours Sexual Assault Training. Must maintain client and family confidentiality.
