The Disaster Workforce Engagement Team supports volunteers during times of disasters and on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:
Greets new volunteers
Onboard & welcome new volunteers, provide orientation and training information
Ensure new volunteers learn how to navigate systems used by the department
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills on the phone, over email, and in person
Skilled in working with computers, phone, email, and online databases
Time Commitment:
Approx. 5-10 hours/week
Flexibility to work remotely from home
