If you are looking for an opportunity to volunteer, without the demand of travel, we have the perfect solution for you. Our Together We Care Volunteers serve from the comfort and safety of their home.
The Together We Care team is responsible to call our hospice patient/families for post-admission well-being calls. The volunteer call is another way to improve our quality of care and improve the patient experience. Personal volunteer visits with patients and families continue to be more difficult due to the COVID-19 crises. The Together We Care team has been able to contribute and help our patients and families by reaching out in a compassionate and helpful way.
Scheduled calls are coordinated through your Volunteer Director and documentation can be done on the computer with little to no travel requirements.
If you care about people, love talking on the phone and want to make a difference, then please join our team. We would love to have you!
Training is provided.
