Admin Volunteers provide support to Providence Care in a variety of ways that assist us in providing quality care to our patients and their families.
We are currently looking for admin Volunteers to complete Hospice patient survey calls. As a premium health care provider for Hospice, we want to ensure we are providing our patients and families quality services to help them through a very difficult and emotional time. In our effort to succeed, we follow up with them after being on our services for a couple weeks to share a friendly hello, ensure they are satisfied with the services they are receiving, and help direct any of their questions or concerns to the nursing supervisor. We are looking for a compassionate Volunteer that enjoys talking with people, has friendly and professional communication/phone skills and is compassionate by nature. This is a fun opportunity to join our team here in our Rock Hill office and make an impact on how we can provide the best care to our patients and families.
