Help save lives! We need help scheduling volunteers at local blood drives! This is an opportunity to gain valuable training / experience, while providing an invaluable service to your community.
Responsibilities
Maintaining blood drive schedule
Communicate regularly, through phone & email, with volunteers to schedule for blood drives
Communicate any special circumstances or changes to assigned volunteers
Receive and share feedback from volunteers regarding assignments
Perform data entry to ensure accurate volunteer records
Develop ongoing relationship with volunteer community
Qualifications
Willingness to support the American Red Cross mission
Minimum age of 14 years old
Good communication skills
Clerical and computer skills required (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Willingness to learn Red Cross - specific applications
