On Saturday, February 29, 2020, the Parenting Education Department will be holding its 43rd Annual Family Fun Day. This special event raises money to support those parents who meet eligibility requirements for reduced costs to attend our classes. This is a carnival type event geared for families with children aged 0-6. During this event, we have a drawing supported by donations of items by community members. We sell drawing tickets for these items. We also sell tickets to "play" the various activities such as bounce houses, a putting green, and play dough, just to mention a few.

This event is open to the public. We will need help with setup and cleanup before and after the event. Setup is 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. The event takes place in the LBCC Activity Center Gym. We also need volunteers to help with the many activities that take place. between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. You can volunteer the whole day, or an hour or two.
