At Homestead Hospice, we strive to help our patients and their families by coordinating our care to involve the entire family through counseling, spiritual support, and access to our team of professionals.
Terminal illness affects the entire family structure. Adjustment, mental process, self awareness, acceptance and grief are major parts of the dying process. Our trained Social Workers and Therapists are available to work with the entire family in dealing with these issues. We employ fully-qualified staff to help with financial assistance, patient placement, care centers, funeral arrangements and we are always there just to talk.
Would you like to make a difference?
At Homestead Hospice, we need people like you to donate time, energy and experience in a variety of areas, including community outreach, social events within the community and direct patient contact.
Together, we will be able to help patients and families living with terminal illness. Our volunteers continue to express their feelings of joy and inspiration as they make a difference in the lives of the patients and families they help.
We'll work with your schedule.
