We're not just any bookstore... we're a fundraising bookstore! Carpe Librum collects donated books, CDs and DVDs to support Turning the Page, a DC education non-profit. Every sale at Carpe Librum is an investment in education for DCPS families.
Carpe Librum currently has 2 pop-up locations, one in Union Station and one in Mazza Gallerie (Friendship Heights.) Both stores offer a wide selection of books, and we're adding more every day. Our volunteer s help us keep every store clean and well-stocked by shelving books, straightening displays, checking out customers and spreading the word about Turning the Page. Whether you have thirty minutes or a few hours, we would love your help!

We're located in Union Station on the top level, next door to Andrew's Ties. Hope to see you soon!
