Seeking volunteer Board Members for Little Orphans Kitten Rescue!

Are you:

  • Passionate about helping animals
  • Able to meet for 1 hour meetings once a month in Louisville (typically the first Monday from 6-7pm in Middletown or virtually if needed)
  • Able to assist with 2-3 fundraisers or grants a year

Our mission is to care for orphaned kittens under six weeks of age and find permanent placement for them with highly qualified families.

Description

Little Orphans Kitten Rescue (LOKR) is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization founded in 2011 to reduce euthanasia in shelters of the most vulnerable by providing care for orphaned neonatal kittens or "bottle babies" (typically under 6 weeks old) and finding them loving forever families.
