Nativity House Respite Care Program provides a temporary bed to homeless patients that are being discharged from CHI Franciscan and Multicare hospitals in Pierce County a safe environment to recuperate while having the ability to access medical care and other supportive services. The purpose is to ensure that homeless individuals are able to heal properly to avoid readmission to the hospital and to connect them to services to hopefully transition them into permanent housing.

We are seeking three new volunteer drivers to help out our Nativity House Respite Clients get to their medical appointments. You choose the days you are available to drive our clients, Monday-Friday.

You must pass a Washington State Background check, have a good driving record auto insurance and have three good references.

We offer mileage reimbursement, trainings and auto excess liability insurance.
