Join the volunteer team at Home of the Sparrow to help produce funding for homeless women and children. We have seven thrift stores throughout Northern Illinois that provide support, all in need of volunteers.
By volunteering at Community Threads or a Sparrow's Nest, you can spend your time sorting and placing donations, organizing items, assisting as cashier, and getting to know some other great volunteers. Your time with us is valuable.
From outreach and prevention to providing a variety of housing options, Home of the Sparrow is rapidly growing in the number of homeless women and children they are able to serve.
Get started today by visiting www.hosparrow.org, and clicking Volunteer. Complete the application that best applies to you. If you need further help you can always contact the Volunteer Program Manager at 815-345-9160.
