Patient Care - Provides direct care to patients and their families
Bereavement Volunteer - Provides encouragement and care within our Bereavement
Program Office Volunteer - Provides assistance at the Hospice office to the staff Special
Projects Volunteer - Serves on an basis for fundraisers, community events, making prayer blankets, making craft items for patients, etc.

Description
Hospice is a concept of care, not a place of care. The program offers a wide range of services to benefit terminally ill patients and their families. Hospice is involved in the care of people with cancer and many other life-limiting conditions such as end-stage heart, lung or kidney disease; end-stage alzheimer's disease and dementia and other life-limiting conditions.
