Mission Statement

Seton caregivers work to improve the health and wellness of people in communities across the nation, paying special attention to neighbors living in poverty. By joining with area community partners and businesses to host local medical missions, Seton hopes to meet people where they are for a day of health and healing. Seton is part of Ascension, the largest nonprofit health system in the U.S. and the world’s largest Catholic health system.

Description

Hospice is a concept of care, not a place of care. The program offers a wide range of services to benefit terminally ill patients and their families. Hospice is involved in the care of people with cancer and many other life-limiting conditions such as end-stage heart, lung or kidney disease; end-stage alzheimer's disease and dementia and other life-limiting conditions.
