Volunteers of America has a worthwhile volunteer lunch serving position available at the Oakbrook II Apartments in Fort Collins. This is a two-hour commitment every Friday from 11:00a to 1:00p. Previous experience is not required and training will be provided. Volunteers of America provides hot nutritious meals to senior 60 years of age and older. If you enjoy socializing and want to help older adults in your community stay active and independent - this is the perfect opportunity for you! The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Volunteers of America provides volunteer opportunities for individuals 55 years and older to use their skills, insight and lifetime experiences to assist residents and non-profit agencies in the county. RSVP also offers a variety of programs which provide services and enhance the quality of life for seniors.
