ORGANIZATION: Neighbors, Inc.

Every day Neighbors provides a variety of services to over 30 families in need, including a food shelf, thrift store, holiday program, emergency assistance and transportation program. Currently we are looking for a volunteer to help us with a project-based opportunity, managing our client filing system. With your help, we can ensure that we’re consistently and efficiently meeting the needs of the community.

Key Activities
? Organize files by year and alphabetical order
? Place files in corresponding locations based on age
? Securely discard old files

Qualifications
? Must be 18+
? Comfortable with handling confidential client information
? Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
? Some light, repetitive lifting & moving required

Times Needed
? Date and time is flexible, although would need to be during Neighbors' office hours: Monday - Friday, 8:15 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
