Community Action Council's Office of Fiscal Operations (OFO) is in need of a volunteer with intermediate/advanced experience using Microsoft Excel. OFO has a number of spreadsheets that were created years ago in now outdated versions of Excel, but are still needed for use in the office. Due to their age, the spreadsheets are experiencing more and more broken links, errors, and malfunctions and they require the use of an old version of Excel to access. These spreadsheets need to be recreated in the latest Excel version in order to allow OFO to continue the use of the spreadsheets and data; and to also allow for a software update.
The expertise needed to recreate the spreadsheets, with all of the required links, formulas, macros, etc. will necessitate a volunteer with hands on knowledge of Excel that is beyond beginner - but not necessary expert (though that would help!). The length of time for completing the assignment would depend on the speed at which the volunteer is able to correctly recreate the various spreadsheets.
The volunteer would need to complete the work at the Office of Fiscal Operations as the spreadsheets may contain proprietary information.
