Hello Chicago!
We're very about our 2nd Annual Open Hearts Gala at TAO Chicago!
This event is our most important benefit to date and we need 30 committed volunteers like YOU to make it successful!
We're looking for volunteers to help us with the following duties:
- set-up
- decorations
- event prep
- greeting and checking in guests
- seating guests
- managing the silent auction process
- handing out promotional materials
- answering questions and directing guests
- takedown and clean-up
We're looking forward to hearing back from interested prospective volunteers!

To give, educate and connect. Street Samaritans is a Chicago-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that strives to provide human connection and grassroots outreach to those less fortunate living without shelter and means to thrive.
Description
We help to improve the living conditions of our homeless brothers and sisters in the city of Chicago through volunteering, charitable giving and direct outreach. We seek to educate people on the Street Samaritan way and enlighten them on true causes of homelessness, so that they, too, can help on a daily basis and become better social citizens. We connect volunteers together to build a closer community, provide human connection for those inflicted with homelessness, and build partnerships with local companies to drive stewardship.
