Mission Statement
To give, educate and connect. Street Samaritans is a Chicago-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that strives to provide human connection and grassroots outreach to those less fortunate living without shelter and means to thrive.
Description
We help to improve the living conditions of our homeless brothers and sisters in the city of Chicago through volunteering, charitable giving and direct outreach. We seek to educate people on the Street Samaritan way and enlighten them on true causes of homelessness, so that they, too, can help on a daily basis and become better social citizens. We connect volunteers together to build a closer community, provide human connection for those inflicted with homelessness, and build partnerships with local companies to drive stewardship.
