Position Title: VIVA Counseling Administrative Support Volunteer

Purpose: VIVA Counseling is a Behavioral Health-funded program that provides treatment that may include individual, group, and/or family therapy and psychiatric evaluation.

Worksite: North County Lifeline, Vista Campus

Key Responsibilities:
* General office duties including filing, copying, shredding, and organizing files
* Create a case file for staff use
* Process out-going mail
* Complete follow up phone calls
* Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor

Desired Attributes:
* Experience with general office duties is preferred, but not required
* Ability to navigate through a database
* Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills
* Great customer service
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, patient, helpful demeanor

Time Commitment: Friday mornings
