The Harbor Dish, Inc.has been created to conduct charitable and educational activities devoted to benefiting disadvantaged and needy individuals in our community. The Harbor Dish Inc., works with individuals who are indigent, impoverished, underprivileged, starving, unemployed, dispossessed, or disadvantaged.
The mission statement of the HARBOR DISH INC. is to feed those in need and foster community primarily by providing food, and job training and opportunities.
We are looking for experienced individuals that can contribute to our Mission and Vision and can commit to the following:
1. Regularly attends board meetings and important related meetings.
2. Makes serious commitment to participate actively in committee work.
3. Volunteers for and willingly accepts assignments and completes them thoroughly and on time.
4. Stays informed about committee matters, prepares themselves well for meetings.
5. Gets to know other committee members and builds a collegial working relationship that contributes to consensus.
6. Is an active participant in the committee's annual evaluation and planning efforts.
7. Participates in fund raising for the organization.

Mission Statement
Harbor Dish is a donation-based mobile cafe that creates community, one meal at a time. Harbor Dish transforms donated food into refined cuisine and serves 20+ nonprofits that offer services for the at-risk and homeless, the underserved and impoverished, domestic abuse recovery, human trafficking recovery, home bound seniors, chronically ill and veterans.
Description
The Harbor Dish community cafe is a 501(c)3 created in 2013 to serve the Safety Harbor, Florida area. The Harbor Dish creates delicious food where individuals needing a helping hand can dine with dignity. We have established a network of community minded people that have built a caring community that utilizes local farmers, businesses, and volunteers to enrich the lives of our patrons and reduce food waste.
