Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa provides flexible volunteer opportunities from Monday-Friday. Delivering a route typically takes about an hour in the morning and helps ensure that a neighbor in need isn't left hungry and alone.
For many seniors, the trusted Meals on Wheels volunteer who shows up with a hot meal and a warm smile is the only person they see or speak with all day. This special delivery is a reason to get up in the morning, something to look forward to, and a reminder to take good care of themselves.
There are multiple locations throughout the entire Tulsa metro where volunteers like you meet up to pack and deliver these meals on a weekly basis. To find one near you, search our website, www.mealsonwheelstulsa.org, and look under the volunteer tab for a quick and easy 3 step process that will get you on your way to serving the most vulnerable among us!
Meal delivery is best done with a partner, bring family or friends along!
