As a Philanthropic Office Associate you have the opportunity to network with local businesses and community organizations by assisting our fundraising team with donor stewardship, donor engagement through fundraising updates, donor prospect research, tabling at local events, and special projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with year end asks and mailings
• Play a key role in donor engagement and outreach through acknowledgements and tabling at community events as needed
• Perform donor prospect research
• Help create content for quarterly newsletter and regional blog updates
• Special projects as assigned
• During disaster response, assist with gift processing and maintaining

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Multi-tasking and hospitality skills
• Ability to work independently and minimal amount of guidance
• Maintain confidentiality
• Highly motivated, detail oriented, organized, creative, enthusiastic individual dedicated and willing to learn new tasks
