Main Responsibilities:

Successful candidate must be a skilled content marketer who understands creating content to build business and reputation. They must be skilled editorially in copywriting, copy editing, and search engine optimization (SEO). This individual must also have a passion for storytelling, and a talent for clear, compelling communication.

  • Lead the strategic planning, development and management of HHP’s content strategy across all platforms
  • Along with a staff of 3 writers that you will manage, build and manage a content and editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience with relevant and diverse content (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, videos, newsletter, etc.)
  • Create the right set of metrics to assess and test content performance
  • Work with graphic design team to curate images to go along with written content
  • Oversee development and production of event collateral, inclusive of development and execution of marketing and promotional plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute communications strategies - inclusive of one 1.5 hour call every Saturday, one quarterly planning call, and potential one-off catch up calls
  • Oversee compliance with brand identity standards by internal and external stakeholders
  • Minimum 6 month commitment


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in editorial and content creation
  • 5+ years in leadership and people management roles
  • Experience conceiving and building thought leadership
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Analytically savvy
