ChickTech is looking for a web developer with graphic design experience to help manage our ACT-W (Advancing the Careers of Technical Women) network of websites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall ACT-W conference website and regional event subsites (WordPress experience preferred).
- Update sponsorship logos, speaker photos, and other conference-specific information as needed.
- Perform regular website updates to ensure the site is working properly.
- Act as a resource for website development and assist with any questions or issues that may arise.
- Other duties as needed.

ChickTech is dedicated to retaining women and non-binary people in the technology workforce and increasing the number of people of marginalized genders pursuing technology-based careers.
Description
ChickTech is a multi-generational community helping each other become technology creators. We facilitate hands-on technology-centric events and mentorship to empower, support, and increase the confidence of girls, women, and non-binary folks. Through our programs, we build community, empower participants to see themselves as leaders, and provide networking and mentoring opportunities in the rapidly growing tech industry.
As a mostly volunteer-run non-profit, we are always searching for partners who would like to get involved through donations of expertise, volunteer time, in-kind, funding, or just by helping to get the word out.
