Offered for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Our Place Yoga & Wellness Center expands on offerings of adaptive yoga, fitness and Zumba classes to include music & art therapies and nutrition training. All classes are led by certified professionals. As a volunteer, you will assist these instructors to ensure all students are provided a successful, safe and FUN wellness experience!
You can join us one Saturday or the entire seven week program. It is up to you!
