The Tele-Development volunteer supports the Red Cross mission by working to raise funds from small market tier of donors through telephone outreach.
-Key Responsibilities-
Build initial rapport with small market businesses by making personal phone calls.
Learn the philanthropic interests of small market businesses and how those interests can match up with the Red Cross mission.
Ask for a gift of support for our mission.
Accurately log all contact & conversation details into the Salesforce data platform.
-Qualifications-
Knowledge and support of the Red Cross mission and programs.
Experience with telemarketing/teleselling.
Experience with Salesforce preferred
-Time Commitment-
Approximately 12 hours per month
