Support someone’s first steps in Making It Home!
PATH is moving thousands of individuals, Veterans, and families off the streets and into permanent housing every year. For many of our clients, transitioning into one of PATH’s interim housing programs is the first step to Making It Home. Now, imagine your first day enrolling in our interim program. After days, weeks, months, or even years in crisis, you’ve finally found PATH. You’ve completed the paperwork, gathered belongings, and planned your bus routes-and with a sigh of relief, you’ve made it to your interim bed. There’s a basket in your room, warmly welcoming you to PATH, and you finally start to see the light at the end of that tunnel.
By assembling Welcome Baskets, you can surprise a client with a gift at the beginning of the path leading them home.

We are in need of motivated individuals and groups who want to come in and help us feed our residents. Additionally, we need volunteer drivers and people willing to coordinate donation drives in their communities.
