It was very rewarding to give back. Me and my co-worker had a great time and it was very interested and coming again with more volunteers.

This was my first-time volunteering and I wanted to pick something that was entry-level. I didn't know what to expect with a kitchen volunteer, but at no point did I feel overwhelmed or unwelcome. The other volunteers were friendly and helped guide me through the experience and we were able to have an enjoyable experience. The meals we provided were a surprise to me as well. They actually looked quite good, and it reflected well with the community diners. For a first-time experience, I really enjoyed myself and felt like I was of benefit to the team and community while doing it.

I've done some research on this project and it seems interesting!

I have absolutely loved volunteering for PATH. As a student, I have been able to work with my classmates to help people suffering from homelessness in our community. My sorority has helped me make sack lunches for the Lunches for Bunches program and my family has been able to come and prepare dinner for residents through PATHCooks. Volunteering with PATH has given me a new perspective about homelessness and it helped me put a face to the issue. PATH breaks down stereotypes and helps make sure everyone gets a home. I would highly recommend volunteering with them!

I was able to speak with a gentleman that came out to a health fair at Los Angeles Community College and he sparked an interest and a desire in me to possibly volunteer my services. It appears to be a great organization in regards to helping those in needs.
