Say "Welcome Home" to some neighbors in need! PATH is opening new sites and needs your support.

PATH is opening two new Permanent Supportive Housing sites that will provide a safe home and wrap-around services for individuals experiencing homelessness. With the opening of these sites, PATH will be able to help over 100 more people move from homelessness into housing.

We need your help to make this all possible! By providing someone with a Welcome Home Kit, stocked with essentials like kitchen tools, cleaning supplies, and toiletries, you ensure that they can start the next chapter of their lives with the confidence that they have the basic items to get them started.

Here are 3 ways to help:

1. HOST A FUNDRAISER for Welcome Home Kits

Funding Welcome Kits will help make sure that everyone moving in has everything they need for a fresh start in their new home! A donation of $250 covers the cost of a full Welcome Kit. Our can support by hosting a PATH presentation or offering a virtual or onsite tour of the new site.

2.VOLUNTEER at home to assemble Welcome Home Kits

Get together with family, friends, or co-workers and put together a kit, or two, or ten! Each kit donated will go directly to someone moving into a new home. 

3. GATHER A GROUP to host a donation drive for Welcome Home Kit supplies

Your group can make an impact by hosting a drive for supplies. Volunteer onsite at a PATH location to assemble the kits and learn more about our mission to end homelessness.

Welcome Home Kits are critical, especially amidst all the uncertainty of the pandemic. These kits not only meet our families’ essential needs, but they ensure that their space truly feels like home. Every donation helps!

A full Welcome Home Kit consists of the following items:

CLEANING KIT 

• Dish Soap, Sponges, Paper Towels, Disinfecting Wipes, Cleaning Spray

BATHROOM KIT

• Shower Curtain & Rings, Garbage Pail, Bathmat, Bath Towels, Toilet Paper, Soap, Shampoo, Toothpaste, Toothbrush

KITCHEN KIT

• Plates, Bowls, Cups, Pots/Pans, Utensils, Kitchen Towel, Trash Can, Can Opener

BEDROOM KIT

• Full Sheet Set, Blanket, Pillow, Hamper

*For health and safety reasons, all Welcome Home items must be new & unopened.
