Description: Use your event planning and management skills to help East Side Elders plan and implement a book release event. The volunteer will assist East Side Elders staff members with all aspects of event planning: seeking a venue, securing donations and sponsorships, and more. Applicants must have experience planning at least one large event.
About Us: Our mission is to create a circle of care around the elders in Dayton’s Bluff, Payne-Phalen, and Conway-Battle Creek neighborhoods, empowering seniors to live safe and independent lives in their homes.

East Side Elders helps our seniors live full and rewarding lives - in the home and community they want - for as long as possible and as healthy and well as possible. Our teams of volunteers, students and community members provide a wide range of services and activities that give the necessary support and resources to our elderly neighbors wherever they call home.
