Duty Officer volunteers play a key role in disaster response and client service delivery. These volunteers answer the initial phone call requests for assistance and then dispatch Red Cross volunteers to meet with families impacted by home fires and other disasters so they can provide temporary relief such as a safe place to stay, food and clothing. No experience required - all training is provided.
Location: 100% Virtual - you can help during times of disaster from the comfort of your own home!
