We are so happy you are here reading this! It means you are a special person who wishes to make the world a better place for animals!
You see, volunteers are the backbone of any non profit organization. You are the energy, the brightest light, and as you find love for each rescued animal at Wolf Run, they in turn will do the same.
It's hard work! But the joys of helping rescued animals makes it seem effortless!
Wolf Run has openings for volunteer opportunities for a handy man or woman, grounds maintenance and in fundraising and animal care. Your help is invaluable! To get started please shoot us an email and let's set something up!

Please note: The location for volunteering is in Nicholasville, KY. where the wildlife refuge in located. It is at the Jessamine Country, Garrard County line, just South of the Camp Nelson National Cemetery.

Description
Wolf Run Wildlife Refuge is a non profit organization based in Nicholasville,Ky. Located on the historical grounds of Camp Nelson in Jessamine County, we offer lifelong sanctuary to wildlife that cannot be released back into their natural environments. Through our educational programs, these animals serve the community through off site educational programs, field trips, and internships for all ages. WRWR has opportunities for boy and girl scout groups. those in need of community hours, and those who wish to volunteer to make our world a better place! WRWR is accredited by:
