If you are reading this then you are the exact person we are looking for! Hello! And thank you for being here! Wolf Run is a non-profit, USDA and KY state licensed wildlife facility, located in Jessamine County,KY. We've been in operation for 40 years and enjoyed helping the animals! It's been both an honor and a joy. Currently we have a need for people who enjoy getting out in public and spreading the word about Wolf Run and our many needs! Fundraisers are the backbone of our non-profit and are vital in what we can and cannot do! We set up for events like Scarefest ,yearly, at Central Bank Center, as well as Mystical Market, which is monthly, at the Clarion on Newtown Pike. We were just accepted into the KY. Reptile Expo which is also a monthly event, also held at Central Bank Center, downtown Lexington. We are always looking for events and venues! We usually have our Ambassador wolf with us and work hard to education the public on wildlife as well as raise support for the facility! We pride ourselves on our presentation and put our best paws forward to make our booth inviting! This is a fun and really great position for anyone who wants to make the world safer for animals! Seniors are welcome as I'm one myself! We can limp around together! Looking for someone that is committed, loves animals, enjoys getting out and carries a lint brush! We want so much for the residents at WRWR. So lets make it our best year ever! Please join us!

Do you have a love affair with your camera? Me too! The problem is I'm not much good. I'm looking far and wide for someone who enjoys photography, has a decent camera and can do photo shoots for a wolf sanctuary in Kentucky. I've been doing these in the past so trust me-the bar's not to high. I only know enough to realize someone else needs to be doing it! This is a great fundraiser for our nonprofit which offers lifelong sanctuary to wolves, bobcats, lots of other native and exotic species. The animals we use are wonderful. A bit shy at first but warm up quickly because they are so curious they just can't stay away! The shoots will be inside their habitat so the pictures will have a natural feel. Some people come in costumes, others are casual and thrilled at the aspect of being near a wild animal. The last time I did this, there was a limit of thirty minutes that they were actually inside with the wolves. It's a large fenced area with a pond and water lilies. If you have time and want to help, we'd love to meet up and see if this is something you could help the animals with! The refuge is in Jessamine County. Been there for forty years. We are a USDA licensed facility as well as a 501(c)3 nonprofit. You can learn more about what we do if you visit our website! One more thing-we are an all volunteer organization! That's right! It's all about the animals! Wolf Run Wildlife Refuge at: http://www.wolfrun.org
