Clothes To Kids of Denver provides free school clothing to preschool through 12th-grade students from low-income or in-crisis families in a warm, welcoming store-like setting. Their hope is that when students have the clothing they need to feel comfortable and confident in the classroom, they will better be able to focus on their studies and fit in with their peers. More than 190,000 students in Denver Metro Area schools are living at poverty level or below. Today, Clothes to Kids provides hundreds of free school wardrobes each month and has built a strong reputation among schools, human service agencies, shelters, hospitals, clinics and faith communities across the Denver Metro Area.

WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?

The boutique is almost entirely volunteer-operated, so your involvement is an essential component in allowing us to provide clothing to students in our community. For this volunteer event, the Project Helping group of volunteers will help organize, sort, inventory and hang incoming donations to prepare them for the boutique. As space is limited, make sure to register before participating in this awesome event!
