Direct Patient Volunteer - Visiting our patients to provide companionship and support through conversation, leisure activities, or by being a supportive presence. You may also provide respite for caregivers so they can have a couple of hours away for themselves

Kindred Hospice utilizes volunteers in a number of ways, from administrative tasks such as data entry and creating binders for other volunteers, to visiting directly with our patient's in a local facility or in their private homes to provide non-clinical support such as companionship and caregiver relief
