Thanks for your interest! We are looking for day-of event set-up and clean-up volunteers for our Inaugural Unite for Bleeding Disorders walk on October 28th. This will be a fun community walk for those in the bleeding disorders community and their families and friends here in Virginia.

First shift: 6:30 am-10:15 am
Second shift: 11:30am-1:00pm

Volunteers should be able-bodied adults or over 13 with an adult chaperone. For more information please contact megan@vahemophilia.org or (804) 740-8643

  • National Hemophilia Foundation’s (NHF) "Washington Days"
  • Teen and adult advocacy education programs

VHF builds community by strengthening relationships and offering support through numerous programs, such as:

  • Our valuable family assistance program
  • A weeklong summer camp for kids and teens
  • Specifically tailored programs to meet the needs of different groups within our community, such as caregivers, families, women, men, teens, and children.
