Join the Hospitality Committee and be a vital part of the AMA NJ Programming Team!
Responsibilities Include:
- Event set up duties - arrive one hour prior to event start time to set up registration table, signage, banners and step and repeat.
- Greet attendees and make them feel welcome. Check in attendees, assist with name badges, provide pertinent event information and promote AMA membership and volunteer opportunities.
- Network with event attendees during event.
- Break down registration table, banners, step and repeat and remove signage at the end of the event.
Time and reporting requirements for this role include:
- Attend run-of-show conference calls with Programming committee (1 per event)
- Attend a minimum of 3 AMA NJ events per year (discounted price)
