Florida Baptist Children's Home + One More Child is seeking volunteer family advocates to assist assigned families who are living at home and struggling to have their basic needs met through goals, resources, and advice. Your services of assisting these families, may have lasting positive impacts on their children and generations to come.

Florida Baptist Children’s Homes strives to provide Christ-centered services to vulnerable children and struggling families.

Main Assignment Responsibilities

• Determine what area the families are struggling in
• Set goals to improve their lives or set them on track to improve
• Connect them with social or religious resources as needed
• Make follow up contact to track progress, set new goals, or answer questions
• Meet with the families once a month in the One More Child offices

Time/Availability

• Florida Baptist Children's Home + One More Child is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm
• Scheduling will be discussed at the time of the interview

• Pass all applicable screenings
