Each year, The Salvation Army helps parents and guardians in our communities provide Christmas to children who may not have received gifts otherwise. This is done through our Christmas Toy Town- where we give the parents and guardians the opportunity to "shop" for their youth at our Christmas Shop. The gifts they choose from are new donated gifts or they are purchased with funds from generous donors.
In the week we our Christmas Shop is open we help close to 1000 families supply Christmas gifts for their children. We are in need of volunteers to help us with sorting toys, stocking the Christmas
Shop, hospitality hosts for the clients and for other volunteers, personal shoppers to assist the parents in the "shopping" process, and volunteers to help parents and guardians load gifts into their car.
