Social Media Manager - Volunteer Opportunity

Organization: One Bread Foundation, Inc. - Nationwide NGO Combating Human Trafficking

Time Commitment: up to 5 hours per week

Location: Fully remote, San Francisco Bay Area-based organization with nationwide team

One Bread Foundation advocates, raises awareness, and provides monetary support for the rehabilitation of child victims of sex trafficking in the United States. The epidemic has grown and we desire to help children who are rescued recover and lead healthy lives.

The Role:

The Social Media manager will lead and execute posts daily across numerous channel platforms. The purpose of the posts are to increase brand awareness, followers, and gain donations. A minimum of five posts per week are intended to grow our supporters so that we may give to those who rehabilitate children.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, create and manage daily or weekly posts on our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relavent channels.
• Reply to comments or direct queries to our organization.
• Analyze the impact of posts to assess the most compelling content, layouts and colors

Qualifications:

• Familiar with platforms that enable posting such as canva
• Clearly understand how to create and deploy posts
• Ability to collaborate with graphic designers and those contributing to content

Duration:

We feel that a two year commitment is ideal, however in today's fast-paced industry we are happy to provide an opportunity to a candidate seeking to build their professional portfolio. This unique experience to contribute to a purpose driven mission will benefit the lives of children children.
