Heart of Compasssion Food Distribution
Heart of Compassion has partnered with the Women of Watts & Beyond for their 16th Annual Peace March. We will be blessing families and individuals in need with free food, clothing, and general merchandise. Please come join us to support the stop on violence and help fight the war on hunger in Watts.
Time: 8am-3pm
Volunteer Tasks: Bagging Food/General Merchandise, Pushing Shopping Carts Full of Food, Loading Cars, and Serving People You are welcomed to volunteer for the Whole Event, but if you can't its okay.

Our mission is to be a lighthouse of volunteers fighting poverty and restoring hope.
Description
Heart of Compassion is dedicated to being a lighthouse of hope and help for Montebello and our local communities. We rely on our valuable volunteers to help us achieve our mission of Fighting Hunger and Feeding Hope. We currently provide loads of groceries for about 600 families weekly at our public food distributions.
Mondays 9a.m.-12p.m.: volunteers needed to bag produce
Tuesdays and Wednesdays 8-11a.m.: volunteers needed to register recipients
Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9a.m.-12p.m.: volunteers needed to load groceries into shopping carts and recipient vehicles
