Seniors need opportunities to stretch and move, keeping them active as they age. A great way to do this is through exercise while seated. State of the art skilled nursing and assisted living facility in Loveland is looking for a Chair Yoga Instructor to bring energetic and outgoing exercise to a special group of residents. The perfect instructor will offer encouragement and guidance/instruction through safe and powerful Chair Yoga.

Description
The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Volunteers of America provides volunteer opportunities for individuals 55 years and older to use their skills, insight and lifetime experiences to assist residents and non-profit agencies in the county. RSVP also offers a variety of programs which provide services and enhance the quality of life for seniors.
